Yoga Burn - Not Just Yoga, It BURNS ! :)

I tried a yoga course
I recently came across the name of a personal yoga instructor "Zoe Bray-Cotton". She has launched a digital yoga course which has been highly praised by my friends. As a yoga lover and one who cares about body shaping, I decided to give it a try on her so-called "Yoga Burn" digital course. Much to my surprise this course works very well for me, in a way that it can adapt to my yoga and workout level.

This course is a progressive program designed for woman to deliver MAXIMUM fat burning result. This is the chief goal of this program and I can say it really works on the target.

My own experience
Personally one of my goal is to lift up my butt... the so-called "brazilian butt" which looks so sexy. I have followed the course for 3 months and now I'm happy I'm started getting a toned butt :)

The customizable workout course lets me focus on tightening my hip muscles, and burn any excess fat so the body shaping becomes much more effective. I'm glad to say my loose butt has become more tight and firm. Last Sat when I wore a tight pant for an outing and my friends wowed to see me in such a good shape.
I have shared my experience with them and some of them are requesting more info about this Yoga trainer and her digital course. So I'm now putting it there.

Friends before you made your decision, I would recommend you to read through her Introductory video first which is free, and yet it is useful to point out some common mistakes for yoga classes.

From my own experience the course is highly effective and it really worth the penny~~
